Returns and Refund Policy
When you buy from Glan Thomas Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products, and how to do so.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your usual consumer rights.
Where goods are not faulty but the customer wishes to return them, the goods can only be returned to the company if fully re-saleable, being unopened with any original manufacturers seals or shrink wrap in place.
Such returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price. You will be under a duty to take reasonable care to see that returned goods are well packaged, so to avoid damage in transit. An appropriate method of return should be used. All goods are returned at your own cost.
When returning any petrol powered product all oil and petrol MUST be drained from the engine before you release the goods to a carrier. This is for the safety of the carrier firm.
Return charges
If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, we will refund the cost of your return once our engineers have examined the product. If your return is for any other reason, eg damage by use, neglect or incompetent use etc. you are responsible for the cost of the return.
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty
If any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact customer services on 01239 810621. Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be any damage to your consignment suffered during transit please write ‘DAMAGED IN TRANSIT’ clearly when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact on any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regards to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place. All goods should be checked thoroughly within 5 days of receipt and no claims for damage in transit will be accepted after this point.

Glan Thomas Ltd collects information about individuals purely for its own business purposes and in accordance with relevant national legislation on data protection. We will not pass this information to any third party unless required to do so for law enforcement purposes, other than to those providing a service on our behalf in connection with our business.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK and any disputes will be decided only by the UK courts.

Cancellation by us.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have inadequate stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered:
- The product that you ordered is no longer obtainable due to manufacturers non supply:
- We do not deliver to your area; or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to an error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum of money you have paid to us for the acquisition of the goods in question within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any added recompense for disappointment.
