The Husqvarna 230i Chainsaw with Battery and Charger is ready for rough garden days with high cutting performance.  The Husqvarna 230i is a powerful and well-balanced battery chainsaw designed for pruning, garden clearing, firewood cutting and occasional felling. The brushless motor, the chain speed and optimised torque result in high cutting performance, allowing you to tackle tougher cuts effortlessly. Equipped with a user-friendly keypad for simple and intuitive operation. ​With low noise and vibrations, 230i is comfortable to use, and its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to handle and manoeuvre. To extend battery life, it features an automatic shutdown function that powers off the chainsaw if left unattended for 180 seconds. This chainsaw is part of Husqvarna’s flexible 36V system BLi-X, allowing one battery to be used for several tools.​

The Husqvarna 230i Chainsaw has a brushless motor for higher efficiency, longer lifetime, and less maintenance compared to brushed motors. Since there are no brushes, friction is eliminated, no energy is lost, and the motor runs cooler. The smart battery pack position, placed horizontally through the body of the machine. Reduces the risk of having dirt, chips, dust and water accumulate in the battery compartment, causing connector issues. Also, it means the weight of the battery can be placed in or near the desired centre of gravity and in the rotational axis of the product, resulting in increased maneuverability.
