Visitors to our website

When someone visits www.glanthomas.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Customer data is only entered into our website when an order is placed. We only take the data we need (name, address, telephone and email). That data is stored on a server at UKFast in Manchester but they have no access to it without our consent.

We pass all your data to the courier so that they know who and where to send the goods.

All staff at Glan Thomas Ltd as well as our website developer have access to the data you input to our website so that we can manage orders and develop the website.

We may pass your information to government authorities should they have to legal right to the information we hold about you and in cases of crime prevention or investigation.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
